Return/Exchange Policy
What Is BVG® Sunglasses’ Return/Exchange Policy?
When you’re happy, we’re happy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your BVGs® purchased from the website for a full refund or credit within 30 days of your purchase. Returns are completely free, but must be in the original case and/or packaging and in perfect resalable condition for refund. We are not responsible for packages that do not reach us.
Please contact us at [email protected] to initiate a return. We’ll send you back a label and you can drop your box off at any UPS Dropoff location, easy as that.
*BVG® Sunglasses reserves the right to deny and exchange/refund of the merchandise returned if they do not meet the requirements of our Return Policy.
Order Processing
How Does BVG® Process Orders?
Orders are processed pending product availability. If your item is in stock, please allow BVG® Sunglasses one to two (1-2) business days to process and dispatch your order one payment is received and cleared.
Orders placed on Friday after 5:00pm PST (Pacific Standard Time) will begin processing on the following business day. You will receive an email confirming your order and, once shipped, a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your order’s journey home. We do not dispatch on weekends or public holidays. Delivery time does not include Sundays or holidays.

UPS and USPS are our preferred shipping couriers. We will use their services unless instructed otherwise by the customer in which rates may be subject to change.

What Is The Estimated Delivery Time?
Orders are generally delivered within 3-5 working days. Transit times will vary depending on destination and seasonal holidays. Arrival time for international shipment is estimated and cannot be guaranteed due to freight couriers, international customs policies and duties.

Warranty
What Is Our Warranty & What Does It Cover?
By purchasing a pair of BVG® Sunglasses, you’re becoming a part of the BVG® Army. We never leave a soldier behind. BVG® Sunglasses are warranted to the original purchaser for one full year from the date of purchase against any material or workmanship defect. BG Valor, Inc. will repair or replace any pair of BVG® Sunglasses found to be defective—exclusive of damage caused by improper or unreasonable use. This warranty does not apply to normal wear, including lens scratching or accidental breakage. This warranty does not cover shipping cost.
