Our Mission? To Make A Clear Difference. BVG® Sunglasses was created by two former U.S. military veterans, Dr. G, an Ophthalmologist, and Mr. B, a Ballistic Glass Engineer. They saw how many of their fellow brothers and sisters were suffering the ravages of PTSD, addiction, homelessness and suicide. They wanted to help, and on a larger scale than they could do alone. Together, they found the perfect way to raise funds and awareness on a level that could make a difference – they created a top-of-the-line sunglasses manufacturing operation, blending the best of their expertise, passion and commitment.
BVG® Sunglasses is proud to give block grants to treatment facilities for the sole purpose of helping veterans suffering substance and alcohol addiction, providing them treatment no matter where they live. Our donations also fund specialized training to prepare health care providers to better evaluate and treat our military. Our funding starts with training new doctors in medical school, preparing them for a future serving those who have selflessly served us all.
